The following error occurs when i attempt to open FrontDoor....

I followed Ray's advice to another user - no problem with our static IP address.
Additional info...here's the screen I get when I try to access Cablecast:
The page cannot be displayed
There are too many people accessing the Web site at this time. (I'm the only one trying to access)

We are setting up our new TRMS and I cannot get the Control Module Hosts (under "System Settings") to accept anything but the default module setting (AdTec...) HELP!

I am fairly new to Carousel. I was working in Carousel a few minutes ago. I was looking for the background slide for the schedule page. While I was browsing around I was kicked out are received the following errors:

Error Tracking: Bug status error: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

We have a cablecast VS4 with carousel. We believe the network card may be failing as we cannot ping. Carousel comes up for a moment and then dies. Then, not at all.

We cannot access the cablecast software. The VS4 is playing programs. The cablecast is not triggering the router to put them on air. We can not schedule programs or even access the Front Door

This, as I can recall, has never occurred in previous versions. Over the last week when two of our staff attempts to access either cablecast or carousel at the same time, pages would stall, not refresh, timeout, and in one instance log-out the other person. Yesterday, I was the only one logged on and after working for about 20 minutes, the page would not refesh and stated that too many user were logged on. We are running 4.1.2 and since the upgrade seem to have slower access.
Viewing with IE 6.x browser. Have tested with Firefox with same results.
We upgraded from 4.0 to 4.1.2 in December and do not recall this occurring until the last week or so.

Carousel is stuck. Seems to be affecting Cablecast because schedule and show slow to respond. Whole system now incommunicato. Is anyone around to give me a hand with this today?

I wanted to share this experience that one of our community users had with Carousel. I was unable to duplicate the problem using my own login, and I was able to successfully edit her bulletin and save it. However, I have all admin rights, and she only has what we call "Community User" rights. They have not changed, and she is a longtime user. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Shaun, when I try to edit a bulletin that needs a time change (DARE has been
scheduled at 1:30 so Mr. Eberwein can attend) it keeps kicking me back to
the front
door.

Yes, Shaun, I can go all the way into the Carousel until I click on the right hand
side where the edit button is on the current bulletins to be edited.
